ITEC'S 30-hour Heat Pump Installation course is tailored specifically for installation technicians to provide deeper understanding of the application, design, and installation best practices for both new installations and retrofit applications.
This course will cover the following systems: Ducted split systems, ductless split systems, ground source heat pumps, pool heaters and heat pump water heaters.
Through hands-on application, students will utilize the mini-split lab to perform several installations across a multitude of configurations. At the end of the course, students will have the skill set to successfully install several different air source heat pumps out in the field.
